We had a great spa day at the Cambridge Country Club and much needed rest. I’d like to flag a few thing though: 1) the steam room was out of order but I appreciate this isn’t going to be working all the time 2) our email said to arrive for 9:30am but the spa wasn’t ready for us until 10am. We had to wait in the bar which was fine, but we could have left our home in Norwich a bit later. 3) Only two out of three showers were working in the wet changing rooms, and one of the working ones was dripping constantly. 4) the temperature on all showers (changing room and in the swimming pool area) didn’t seem to work very well. 5) the swimming pool is quite loud with the children’s pool next door We did have a lovely day but for the amount we paid, I did expect the basics to be in working order (showers etc). The spa staff were lovely and our lunch was delicious!
